Cancellation policy

All purchases, memberships, and consulting bookings are final.

Memberships: Once a membership is activated, must complete the minimum term length before cancellation. 

Consulting Sessions: Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice but are otherwise non-refundable.

Events & Training: Tickets and registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and understand that all content access is final and non-reversible once granted.
